These terms govern your use of the website josecustom.ai and any consulting services provided by Jose Alberto Lugo Velazquez, trading as Jose Lugo GDPR AI Consulting ("we", "us", "our"), Lanzlbogen 1, 93155 Hemau, Germany.
We provide AI infrastructure consulting, AI work environment setup, and related technical services. The specific scope, deliverables, timeline, and pricing for each engagement are defined in a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or proposal) signed by both parties before work begins.
Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer. Pricing shown is indicative and may vary based on project scope.
Clients are responsible for providing timely access to systems, accounts, and information required for the engagement. Delays caused by missing access or approvals do not extend fixed-price commitments unless agreed in writing.
Payment terms are specified in each engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 14 days of receipt. We reserve the right to pause work on overdue accounts.
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of all custom-built deliverables (code, configurations, documentation) created specifically for their engagement. We retain the right to reuse general knowledge, techniques, and non-client-specific tooling developed during the engagement.
The josecustom.ai website, its content, and branding remain our intellectual property.
We treat all client data, system configurations, and business information as confidential. We do not share client information with third parties unless required by law or explicitly authorized by the client. For engagements involving personal data processing, a separate Data Processing Agreement (DPA) is signed.
Our liability is limited to the fees paid for the specific engagement in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits or data loss, except in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
We provide services on an as-is basis and do not guarantee specific business outcomes. Technical recommendations reflect best practices at the time of delivery.
Either party may terminate an engagement with 14 days written notice. Upon termination, the client pays for all work completed up to the termination date. Deliverables completed and paid for remain the client's property.
This website is provided for informational purposes. We make reasonable efforts to keep content accurate but do not guarantee completeness or timeliness. Use of this site does not create a client relationship.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany. The place of jurisdiction is Regensburg, Germany, to the extent legally permissible.
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top reflects the latest revision. Continued use of this website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
